1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the SAGUPA Pickleball Tournament Platform ("Platform"), operated by OfCourse Training Center, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Description
SAGUPA provides a digital platform for pickleball tournament management, including player registration, bracket generation, live scoring, and result tracking. The Platform serves players, tournament organizers, and referees in the General Santos and surrounding areas.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create a player profile. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Tournament Registration
When registering for a tournament, you agree to abide by the specific tournament rules set by the organizer. Registration fees, if applicable, are handled directly between you and the tournament organizer. SAGUPA facilitates the registration process but is not a party to financial transactions between players and organizers unless explicitly stated.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information in your profile or registrations
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your skill level
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on this Platform are the property of SAGUPA and OfCourse Training Center. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, organizers, or the Platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of General Santos City.
